Went to HEB , bought a big beef Chuck roast today , red potatoes , gold potatoes , onions , carrots , garlic , beef broth ... see how she turns out !! 7 hours later

While back i needed to cook for a family get together. Brisket was outrageous, but the chuck roasts were on sale. I tried a couple and they were fantastic on the pit!

Yep it's pretty simple , salt pepper , garlic , potatoes , carrots , onions , beef broth ... smoked it for 6 hours until internal temp was 195 .
