Fertilizer is up 340% from Jan 21’ and gly is up 220% from January. Fertilizer will drop between now and planting but not by a whole lot it seems. Rice input costs are going to be up 30-40% and I wouldnt be surprised if corn wasnt the same. The producer will bare some of the cost and the consumer will bare the majority. I said all that to say I wouldnt be surprised to see about a 30% increase unless fertilizer drops drastically. Seed went up as well….

Natural gas is higher then it has been in years. Also , a large ammonium nitrate plant may also be going off line which will drive fertilizer prices even higher.
