Cold weather always brings up food memories for me. Chili, chicken and dumplings, gumbo and beans. Today we had some red beans with bacon and some leftover venison ham. Hot Cornbread (from a box) with cold butter and my mother in law’s chow chow. Just missing some green onions on top but man I’m stuffed now.

Had the same thing. Wife mixed crumbled hot breakfast sausage in it with a can of hot rotel.

I can usually find them at H-E-B.

I mowed through some Zatarains Jambalaya last weekend. Leftover grilled chicken and sausage cut up in there with some extra peppers and hot sauce on top. Lazy works for me.
