So we had our first parent teacher conference. This is for all kids so nothing bad has happened. My daughter just turned 7 and is in the 2nd grade. We have been told by her pre-k, Kinder, 1st, and now 2nd grade teachers that she should get into the G&T school but every time she applies, it gets denied. Oh well, she marches to her own drum. She is athletic, smart, loves the outdoors, and impresses me all the time. She was tasked with giving her interpretation of the 3 little pig story and write a one page summary of their thoughts. Well as she told us, this is "the true story of the 3 little pigs". Hope you enjoy as much as I did.
