Here's my attempt this evening. Avocado stuffed with cheddar and mozzarella. Axis steak pounded thin wrapped around the avocado, then seasoned with Perini's steak rub. Bacon wrapped over that.
Grilled on all sides on low heat, so it would melt the cheese inside without burning the bacon. Cauliflower and broccoli sauteed in avocado oil, then drizzled with blue cheese dressing. Drizzled everything with olive oil as well.
Definitely a keto supper, and dang good eating too. Thanks for posting the idea!
