First order of business is keeping the exemption, getting a entrance and 2 sides of fence up!

Congratulations !!! Don't worry. The deer will get used to the house. We have deer right up within 10 feet of the house every night.

Congrats man, itís a real beating being a landowner.... but I love it. Both my properties I have bought have been raw and very over grown. No shortage of work to do. I would make it a full time job...if I didnít already have one.

Looks like you at least already have hogs on it. If it were me I couldn't wait any longer. I'd go pull that bad boy and see what you have. But don't be disappointed if there's not much on it. It' s a new spot and there is plenty for them to eat. Congrats by the way.
