Forgot about Wyatt's. Furr's as well.

Anybody hit up the Godfather's Pizza in Humble back in the early 80s.

Yep. Crazy when you stop and think about all the restaurants that have come and gone that were actually good.

Shakey's pizza was where it was at. We always got to go there after the FUN football games.

Don’t recall Shakey’s, but I remember Scooby Doos pizza, and Showtime pizza as a kid.

Spent a many a day at the Wyatt's Cafeteria on 45 /West Rd for lunch breaks. Back when that area was still a little safe to eat at.

That was good stuff. It cut the grease from the roof of your mouth. Use to eat at the MH on South Richey in Pasadena.

There was also a Shakey’s on Spencer Highway across from Montgomery Wards.

Monterrey House in Victoria. it was off Navarro on one of the side streets. I think that was my first place I remember eating Mexican food and it was when I was less than 10 and I am 53 now. we did not eat out a lot when I was a kid, so it was a treat and it was in the big city in as I grew up in Yoakum.

Square pan pizza was a good place to go when I grew up in the Aldine area, played my first Space Invaders video game there. My parents liked Windswept Inn,I believe it was on Airline.
