I feel horrible for the good folks of La. Hopefully it swings way right and dissipates. Terrible.

I’m about tired of it this year. This is my fourth year on the Mississippi coast and it’s been a spicy one.

How are you liking it down there, hurricanes excluded ?? We are looking at Florida panhandle, Texas property taxes are crazy and not paying this when retired.

Mississippi and the Florida panhandle are ENTIRELY different things. That being said, I wouldn’t hesitate to move to the Florida panhandle. Beautiful beaches good food, and everybody seems to be pretty relaxed. Mississippi in itself isn’t all that great. Outside of the few good friends that I’ve made here, I probably wouldn’t come back.

Which is what I expected of there......I know people where we are looking....only thing I liked about Mississippi was the duck hunting but that's inland.....

8 gulf storms. This will make number 5 to hit Louisiana. 2020 sucks!

                            X2

Posted this on another topic, but it works for this one too:

They say “Hindsight is 20/20”, but I’m sure ready to have 2020 be hindsight!
