Was on a Cotulla-area lease some years back with 2 sometimes 3 others. I was the only one retired, the rest had jobs. Of course that meant I did most of the camp work, like trimming shooting lanes, cutting/collecting firewood, filling feeders, and maintaining blinds, but the beauty of it was that I had the place to myself from Monday AM thru Friday noon most weeks.
