    What Kind Of Peppers?

Ok I love peppers and eat lots of jalapenos and serrano's. These were given to me today at work. They are dang good but way hotter than a serrano. What are they? Im thinking tabasco peppers but not sure?

Tabasco. I've grown lots of them. I usually let them turn red.

I love Tabascos. I'm waiting on mine to ripen and I'm dehydrating them for pepper flakes.

Tabasco or Thai chili. My Thai chili peppers looks a bunch like your pics and are spicier that Tabascos.

The green ones will always be hotter than the red ones in most species. Sugar accumulates when they turn red causing them to be just a touch sweeter and less acidity. For the sake of a milder taste and added flavor, try a red one with a green one of any species, and you will see what I mean. JalapeƱos will turn red on the vine as well. And have a different taste than when they are green. #9 peppers (aka Anaheim, Hatch, ect pending where they are grown) are especially noticeable about this.

I was thinking Thai chili's also.

I have grown some in the past and they do have a good kick to them for being so small
