                The term exigent circumstances is what concerns me. What exactly constitutes exigent circumstance in terms of a GW?

                I would think any information he receives that their subject may have committed a game violation, and it's possible they are holding evidence in their residence, the GW could go retrieve that evidence. Or am I interpreting that wrong?

                        1. Consent
                        2. A warrant signed by a judge

                              You’re contradicting yourself in your own answer. The question was if a GW can enter a home without a warrant. You say no but then give two examples of when they can.

                                He must be able to articulate reasonable suspicion that the container holds a wildlife resource taken in violation of the law.
