Packsaddle is one of the most beautiful spots in tx. I hate to hear it on fire.

Some big smoke over by Packsaddle mountain.

Lots of resources already in the area due to the other fires. Hopefully they can get in front of this one soon. Air and ground units are already engaged. Looks to be burning northwest.

They are streaming video of the fire on hill country scanner. When it hits the cedars the flames go crazy!

That high oil content in cedar makes the burning accelerate big time over other brush and trees. Its crazy to watch.. Its like the bush almost explodes..
