      Got the Reo
      Kenco for the leg seasoning
      Fiesta for their seasoning and some Manteca sin piel

      Let's see how this does against the homegrown

        I found a straight pork butt and it was a little dry. Next batch I added about 20% beef fat and it is perfect for us.

          This weekend was bacon smoking
          I hate when my fire goes out and I'm up at 3am in my skivvies trying to get more coals back up and running
          In throwing in the towel and will deal with this in the morning

          Great smoke and great color so far
