Out of curiosity where do you get the tri tip? I never see it at HEB or WallyWorld where I shop.

You can definitely find it at HEB from time to time.

That said, I usually make a 20 or so minute drive to a specialty meat market and pick ours up which is exactly where the 2 I did today came from.

Let me know if you want one. The wife and I are helping our daughter move up to SHSU on August 19th and we’re planning to run by your place for lunch after that. I can snag one for you and we can drop when we stop by.
