I read it.. he was for sure getting called out about his comments about the coaches, team favoritism claims and if his kid was really good enough to play on the A team instead of the C team. There were also references to whether a 4.69 was a 4.6 by a few actual tbh coaches.

He was getting called out. Probably deserved it on some of his claims. Not by Everyone as mentioned. There was only one who posted their own 40 time.

Agree that our generation expects Texas to compete at the highest level (those of us that don't hate the Horns anyway) but not so much for the younger one's. Had a conversation with a highly recruited HS player this past summer and he and his peers definitely do not think of Texas like we do or did when we were kids.

I get that from a kid standpoint but, it only takes one run to change that course with a program like Texas that still draws top recruiting classes with this being a topic of discussion amongst the youngsters.

I bet the convo amongst “highly rated recruits” was the same for Alabama prior to Saban and **** sure was never Clemson prior to Dabo. It’s purely cyclical.. see USC, Notre Dame, Michigan etc
