              Oh no!!!

              I had no idea...he was a class act, extremely intelligent & such phenomenal talent. Greatest drummer of all time & my favorite band.

              ~~~~~~~~~~
              I found out about RUSH when I heard Working Man & gobbled up everything I could...Neil didn't sign up till the 2nd album & while By-Tor & The Snow Dog is one of their more funky songs, it's when I found out how legit his drum skills are. How many bands write songs lasting 8mins & entire sides of albums & cassettes at the time. 3 guys pumping out more talent & music than any other imo.
              This was the first Rush album to feature drummer Neil Peart. In addition to drumming duties, Peart also took on the job of lyricist by default, leading the band to adopt a more literary lyrical style that differed significantly from the debut album. The songs "By-Tor and the Snow Dog" and "Rivendell" are examples of the inclusion of fantasy themes into Rush's music.
