Remington Bolt Jeweling

I have a Remington 700 that I would like to get the bolt re-jeweled. Not looking for anything fancy just wanting to go back to factory. Anyone on the GS know where I can send the bolt to get this service done? Thanks

It is extremely easy to do yourself with a dremel and the correct buffing head and compound.. Done it many times.. This guy is using different tools but the concept is the same.

I did a couple of 10/22 bolts and a Leatherman with a drill press and a 3way adjustable vise, but they are all square. That round bolt is a different animal.

Same here, have done rem 700 , enfield , win model 70
With a drill press and vise , worth a try if you have access to the equipment

The rifle is from the early 90’s so I would like that exact factory jeweling that came from the factory. Can I send it back to Remington to get that done?

Didn’t know Kampfeld did jeweling. He Cerakoted and fluted a rifle for me years ago. He is top notch for sure
