No not really my wife and I were eating it with chips. But it was really good on the chicken tacos.

That’s a different type of green sauce, but sounds pretty darn good!

            12 jalapeños
            1 onion
            2 cloves garlic
And add salt to your liking.

Heat up some oil in a pan and put the peppers in the oil. Let them cook until they are soft. Pull the peppers out and add the onions and garlic. Cook onions and garlic until the onions have softened up. Once you have cooked them put them in the blender and purée them don’t forget to add the oil. You might have to add some water to make it to your liking.

How much oil? What kind? Olive oil? 10-W40?

            Looks great.

I've made it similar to yours, but used sour cream also so it would be more of a dip

Regular canola oil enough to cover the peppers 1/2 way

I was at the grocery store getting stuff for salsa when you posted it, so I went ahead and made some too. It’s pretty dang good! It’ll be in my kitchen from now on.

That's the real deal taqueria hot sauce right here. Nothing better on tacos.

Heat depends on the peppers used. It can get really hot.
