Just speculating. But I think the Boys should go with Urban Meyer, he runs and is a guru on the spread offense. Browns are also looking to reel him in. If the Boys could get Meyer, he should try to bring Dan Mullen as offensive coordinator. Go....

As a Florida Gator fan they need to leave Dan Mullen out of this. As much as I still hate Urban, he could be a good choice though.

Payton just signed 5 year deal with Saints. McCarthy has a terrible record with Packers in 13 years with 2 decent QB’s. I think he will go to Panthers or Giants. Mullen was a QB coach and offensive coordinator under Meyer at Bowling, Utah and Florida and runs same offense as Meyer and he was Prescott’s college coach. I don’t know if Harbaugh has the has the stuff. Plus he coached the 9’ers, which I detest. Riley is still too green but may be a good coordinator since he is young and has no NFL experience.

Kubiak has ties to Texas and has a Super Bowl ring. Wouldn’t be a bad fit.
