Any way to use some roofing metal to create an overhang to get you covered?

Corn a little area out of direct sun. Shoot him when he stands in that pile.

If possible, move the blind or feeder. If not you might get a scope that has a removeable shade. When it happens to me, at a time, when it's either take the shot now, or forget it, I will hold my left hand out in front of and above the front objective.

Search some camera gear. I bet there is a filter either made for a scope lens or something you can Jerry rig to fit.

Put an awning over the window, that faces west. I did it and it helped a lot.

By the time rifle season opens, the sun will be setting in a different spot on the horizon. Maybe that'll help with your setup.

                              Plywood.

Set posts w 2x8' plywood 5-10 yds in front of blind. Bottom of plywood just under top of horizon from blinds line of sight.

Shade at primetime and a bit b4.
