Yep. 1970 El Camino with a 3 on the tree. Good times!

And if I wasn't having to push it off I was under the hood trying to unlock the shifter linkage at the firewall.

A few times I had to do the old push and pop method on my 1970 C-10 GMC. Made you look for a down hill slope to park on.

Wished I still had that old green machine.

The main reason I let my little brother go with me is so he could push . Always park facing downhill.

I remember a 52 model army jeep we always parked on a hill at the place just in case.

Many times. All the vehicles I owned as a teenager were POS. I bought my first brand new vehicle when I was 21, 1984 Camaro. I haven’t owned a used vehicle since. Those vehicles in my teenage years scarred me bad. I can’t stand turning a wrench on a vehicle.
