Folks, I'm embarrassed to post this, but I feel it's important to remind y'all to make sure you've checked, and that you're confident in, your equipment.

This is my tried-and-true, tack-driver rifle. Is it me? Is it the weapon? I HAVE to find that out before I shoot again. A trip to the range is upcoming.

Range trip should tell you

First guess would be you but you never know, screw could have loosened up or something inside scope failed
