We live in the United States of America, if you want beans in your chili soup go ahead, just don't tell me what to put in my chili.

Hide the chili powder and tell you don't have all of the ingredients needed. Or go to the store and forget to buy beans.

My wife likes beans in chili. For the last two years I've been slowly reducing the amount of beans I put in each batch. Some time in the 2030's it will be bean free and I'll see if she notices.
