I think that is how I would determine.
My reason for doing this would be mental though. If I thought it may be, I probably wouldn't do it.
I think liquids are fine. I've just been drinking lots of water so far

Chicken broth and fresh fruit juice is recommended day one with the addition of cooked veges day two and meat day three. I might just go eat a steak right afterwards.
It’s not tricky at all. Go back to eating how you ate before as long as it’s good healthy food.

My fast is over - Official time 88 hours!!!!! It was actually hard to eat the first time after fasting. I did what Geoff995 did and ended my fast with an aged ribeye and broccoli. I did continue to workout every other day during my fast but I drank a ton of water, probable 10-15 16oz bottles a day. I will wait a while and start again some time. Good luck to those who are trying it out.

I ordered some bone broth, should be here tomorrow, I'm hoping maybe that will help me get over that breakfast hump.Last edited by jshouse; 02-15-2019, 01:15 PM.
