Titanium Camp Pot repair suggestions please

Ive got a set of Snow Peak Titanium pots where the stainless steel or aluminum brackets have failed on the handles. On the small pot I have scored it and used JB weld to reattach the handle holder bracket...which worked for a while...but then failed. The big pot bracket then failed.

I asked my welding neighbors what to be done welding wise and they said itd likely burn through super quick with any welding capabilities they had. Apparently the brackets are riveted and not welded.

The energy transfer and weight on these pots and pans is superb. The rivets suck.

What say Ye’All TBHers for a more permanent repair?

    Thank you for your assistance.
    God bless!

            Funny Guy!
That would be less work but more weight.

Well thats super awesome of you! Thank you!

I talked to my sheet metal working friend. He said we probably could use some 1/8” rivets to fix them. They wouldnt hold liquid unless I sealed the rivet holes. I was figuring on using some food safe high temp silicone to seal and itd probably ride.

Im gonna let my friend put hands on the pots and see what he can do. Depending on what he thinks....I might need to take you up on your offer GH.

Contact the company, they may just replace the pots for you.
