    Ballistics calc app?

Recommend me a ballistics calc app? Looking for one that has most common factory load data included

I've liked Ballistic AE on iphone. Has all sorts of loads and pretty easy to use.

Does it have other brands of loads?

No sir. Most aren’t going to have loads, but bullet data only. Hornady does have the Hornady loads, but they won’t be very accurate. I bet I could help you set up anything you need though.

I use iSnipe and have for years but it appears the developer is no longer supporting it. [emoji57]

I use the Hornady app., It’s really easy to use. All the ballistic apps are only as good as the data you put into them. All it takes to get you started is muzzle velocity, and the bullet description. You can use the manufacturer info but velocity varies from rifle to rifle, and manufacturers tend to embellish performance.

Ballistic AE has quite a bit of factory load data. As stated above, the issue will be that your velocity may not match what the manufacturer says.

I use the Nikon spot on app. It’s free and shows all the ballistics and trajectory charts for almost every factory load made. You can also enter in handload data.

Have several of all different price ranges, tend to use Shooter the most. Seems the easiest when I just want to use a phone app.

Normally I'm using a Kestrel with AB though.
