Pretty much anything can be covered. The key is finding a specialized artist that’s done some complex covers. It will cost a lot. But, you’ll get a result you like a lot more than what’s currently there.

Also, another option is to get some laser removal to tone it down, then cover it. Mine was borderline needing laser before we started working on covering.
