Great customer service from a shotgun company

I bought a Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Co. side-by-side the other day - used. It came with the factory case and all the accessories, except there was no choke tool. I looked at CSMC's website to buy one, but I couldn't find them for sale anywhere. I emailed them to ask where I could buy one for the used gun I just bought. They replied and asked for my address and said they'd ship me one for free. I thought that was very generous of them, since I'd bought the gun used.

Just thought I'd pass on a good report on an American gun company.

They've been around for 30+ years. They build AH Fox guns and are the Winchester Model 21 Custom Shop in addition to building their own guns, both custom and regular production. Really nice and high quality guns - even though they're Yankees from Connecticut.

I've been in their trailer that they pull to some of the sporting clays events. They have some beautiful guns. Some in the hundreds of thousands $$.
