Wow! That is a successful lease. I'm getting kinda curious about leases out west and have recently started looking at possibly getting one for next year. How did you find yours?

I stopped at every spot that an old timer might be and asked everyone in the place if they had land or knew anyone with land willing to lease to my family and I. A 4 hr drive took me 9 hrs and finally hit the jackpot. Kent county rocks. In my opinion it's better than dickens county. Good luck
