    Skid steer tree sheer recommendation

Any experience? Best place to find used?
    Thank you

    Dymax

Fastline, TractorHouse, Equipment Trader, MachineryTrader, Facebook, Craigslist

Browse these regularly. They are gone quick. Occasionally a tractor local dealer may get one in trade but not very often.

Bradco makes a good one. Do a 8 inch tree I believe.

It would be more helpful if you can explain your needs and the type of machine you are planning to use it on. There are a lot of variables in your question. If you can be more specific, I can help you with a good solution.

              Kubota SVL95
Clearing Cedar (from 5' tall to massive)
Neighbor has a "Tree terminator" shear I've seen in action. I like it, but I wish the shears were extended away from the cab a few feet more for easier access to the large cedar

Does your SVL95 have high flow hydraulics or is it standard flow only?

I used a borrowed Dymax and it was a beast. I'm cheap and bought a Skid Pro and it works fine, but all I cut is Eastern red cedar up to 15" diameter.

I have heard that about the Dymax. It is pricey, but looks to be a beast!

I done a few thousand cedars with a grubbing attachment.
