That's what I get for trying to be productive.

I decided to take advantage of a few minutes and get the Christmas decorations off my garage floor and up into the attic. I snagged some random valve connected to the main water heater supply line and snapped it off flush with the 'T'. Not sure how much water flowed before I could get the water cut off, but it was A LOT!!! All inside the wall. All over our new hardwood floors. UGH!!!!

Man I hate that. But that has been my luck. Went to my mother-in-laws house the other to help her with a leaky washing machine cut off valve. Ended up bumping the supply lines coming from the water heater and ruined em both.

Oh well. At least I had the opportunity to refresh what little plumbing skills I do have.

Man, that’s a bummer. Plumbing problems never happen on a good weather, easy to access, nothing else needs doing, just after breakfast, etc. early Saturday morning.
