Actually that is the entrance hole, the exit hole was huge also, but the entrance had the lung actually sticking out like 4 inches, I had to shove it back in before she would get a picture. lol I have never seen a lung come out of the chest like that. Oh and just cheap Walmart broadheads. That is the 2nd deer with that broadhead and it is still intact for another. I sharpened it today.
