Make sure you put 5/8 decking under the dry wall in the room you want to hang any mounts that way you can hang them anywhere instead of looking for a stud

Reverse Osmosis water system plumbed to refrigerator (for water spout and ice maker)
More outlets
Extra bedroom rather than having living room or formal dining room
Tankless hot water heater
Bigger garage if possible
Don't go cheap on insulation - Efficient homes today have electric bills half as much as houses built 20 years ago

More heated tile. I put heated tile flooring in the master bath 10 years ago. My wife still raves about it.
