    Best tool for cutting arrows?

I know tools are made to do it... what brand, whats a good one to get for cutting arrows down to length before gluing in inserts for tips or broadheads?

Don't remember the brand but a very nice tool for is an arrow cut-off saw, got mine from 3 rivers archery, but used a dremel with a cut off wheel for a long time before that.

I’ve been using an Apple arrow saw for several years now.

I have a Weston saw and it works great. If I owned an archery shop and was cutting arrows every day I would go with the Apple saw but the cheaper Weston is sufficient for the home shop IMO

Have literally cut thousands of shafts with my 8k rpm Weston. It’s been a champ and held up well, I would definitely recommend one and will purchase another when it’s time.

Anything with a high speed rotating cutoff disk. Just remember to go slow don't go too fast or the cut won't be clean. High RPM is better.

I bought a Thunderbird saw from Lancaster Archery, its portable and does a good job. I also use a G5 Arrow squaring tool after I cut to length. Reckon you could use a dremel with a cutoff wheel but seems like your length would vary a little without a positive stop.

Apple Arrow saw; I've had mine for at least 20 years.

I've never used a dremel or DIY saw, although with a little patience both will work.
