I'm almost positive I saw a recipe for Mexican Mac & Cheese on here in the past and I've searched and can't seem to find one. Can anyone help me out or point in the right direction. I foound several on the net but they donj't seem to be the same as what I remember seeing on here.

here one, we like...Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 package (16 ounces) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 package (1.4 ounce) fajita seasoning mix
1 box (8 ounces) processed cheese loaf, cubed
1 jar (15 ounces) jalapeño-flavored cheese
2 cups coarsely crushed tortilla chips
Directions
Cook the ground beef until browned. Stir in the cooked elbow macaroni, half of the green onions, the fajita seasoning mix, cubed cheese and jalapeño cheese. Stir to combine. Pour into a lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with the crushed tortilla chips.
Bake at 350 degrees F about 20 minutes. Garnish with remaining chopped green onions
