I camp, fish, and hunt a LOT in my retirement, I do my fancy cooking at home or go to a restaurant. I like a one pot dish when I’m in the outback and thought I’d share my latest find. This stuff really holds you over.

What I really mean is simple and good-nuff, and sticks to your ribs. I stay in the extreme elements sometimes from before sunup to after sundown. These meals I fix up carry you a long way.

Cook up some eggs, heat the sausage gravy, pour gravy over croutons, add some Tabasco.
