I'm going to go ahead and attach a sign-up sheet for provisions:

Everyone will be responsible for their own drinks and mid-day snacks throughout the weekend. Sharing is acceptable!

Lunch Friday: everyone on their own

Supper Friday: Featherflinger - chili (or cowboy beans)

Breakfast Saturday: Little John - Pancakes

Lunch Saturday: Chackworth3 - Sandwich stuff

Supper Saturday: Phil - Jambalaya

Breakfast Sunday:

Lunch Sunday: We won’t do lunch as people will be packing up and hitting the road.

Forks, spoons, Knives: EnW

Bowls, Plates: EnW

Napkins, paper towels: EnW

Mustard, Mayo, ketchup:

Salsa/chips:

Coffee, creamer, sweetener: Chackworth3

Yuengling Beer ( 1 case Black and Tan, 1 case Lager): Phil

Snacks

In the past there has been a shortage of wood around the camp, so we need some people to volunteer to bring firewood.

As in the past I am looking forward to this as one of the highlights of my year. I look forward to sharing a campfire with this group.

Well, as usual I'm late seeing this. I'll bring Sausage biscuits for Sunday breakfast.
I was going to bring T-bones for Friday night, but FeatherFlinger insisted on bringing Chili. I just hope he can keep the chili in his plate and not on his chest!

I'll also try to bring a little firewood, but I'm running a little low this year, so it wont be much.
