Anyone else got a campfire going tonight?

3 day/2 night North Texas Public Land Hunt during the week. Primitive camping. Camp fire and a cold one.
Ain’t nobody out here but God, Myself, The Wild Creatures and 3 of Mr. Johnson’s cows decided to join me for dinner. They came up when I started cooking (ravioli and bud light for me, grass and rainwater for them) Laid down to chew it up. Guess they wanted some company for dinner.

Had some youngster (mid 20’s I reckon) show up in the unit I hung my stand in to hunt in the morning when I was coming it of the woods. I though to myself aww hell, really! Ask him you going in this unit. He said yeah, was gonna walk around the outside and see if I could spook something up to shoot at and he started asking a bunch of questions. Instead of getting upset. I conveniently loaded him up in the truck and took him to one of my other spots and we sat the afternoon together. Had a big male yote come out bout 150 yards away, we did not shoot him, did not want to booger up the spot to bad. He could not sit still for [emoji90] lol so no deer or hogs.
