              COOL...I was a afraid I'd left my rainbows, browns, Brookies, and fly rod fishin' in general behind when I left Idaho...gonna have to go visit the guadalupe for some catch and release fly fishin'

                    They stock that area with fish well over 18" and want to keep them around as long as possible. There are some that survive the summer and can grow big in that area as well.

                          We have caught some 20's in the river as well as some orange/gold trout.

                          Fun times.

                            The Guad is the southern most river you can catch a rainbow trout in, btw.

                              Water comes out of Canyon Lake cold enough to sustain them.
