Help settle a family debate. My kids only know what google tells them. Here it is; Who (band or individual) is the greatest entertainer of all time? Not in your opinion, but if you polled the entire world type of greatest. If it was just my preference the list would be much different. Here is my list;

1. Micheal Jackson
2. Elvis
3. Beatles
4. Rolling Stones
5. Prince (I could go Madonna, Bob Dylan, or Sammy Jr here)

Emphasis on, not my list. My personal preferences would be way different. I agree he was whacked in every way possible. With the only exception being that he donated 1/2 billion to charity over his lifetime.

As far as talent or just being well known? They're all popular but out of that list I'd say Elvis. Everyone knows who Elvis was.

If we were going genre specific it would have to be Johnny Cash, Hank, Garth and Haggard.
