I have a good amount of mesquite scrap (small pieces) from woodworking. This is all kiln dried stuff. Happy to bring it, if it will compliment the charcoal.

Your call, Pitmaster.

I'll prob end up buying ribs as well so yes, reimbursement cash will be nice. I'll post the cost once I know what it is.

Prob go with 72 racks as per (unless somebody tells me otherwise)

Trey

if you do order 50, I'll take a large... just figured out what all the team stuff is...
wouldn't mind being on the rib team... and might be able to bring a pellet cooker
that would hold about 50 racks of ribs on it..

GJ has generously offered to pick up the ribs this year. As soon as we know the total (72 racks) we will post it so people can be ready to reimburse.

atombomb... I should have a shirt for you

generous offer on the pellet cooker but we have the pits covered... thanks!

I still have not got the $ from Cam so nothing is paid yet.... of course, we have used this guy for shirts before so I guess he knows we are good for it.

No need to send $ now... thanks!

If that changes, I'll holler!

GJ has the ribs in his crosshairs... I think he's ok for now... same rules apply

GJ has the meat ordered.

72 racks at roughly 1 3/4 pound per rack should end up around $376 before tax.

Consequently we need to raise at least $400 for the meat.

Between, ribs, cups and team bean shirts GJ will be collecting around a grand at nanza... so come prepared!

Thanks again, GJ

got foil pans... need to take inventory on rubs

remember... it all goes down at sunrise (rib prep and fire) and then we pretty much coast and let Dave watch our temps... oops... Dave's not here...

just remember 225 - 250 and hope we can serve at noon or 1:00

early start is key

I bet if you give my shirt to the cattleman, he'll get it back to me or my wife.

Want me to paypal you some money or just send you a check? Really hate missing it but, Jen has modeled the ski clothes for me and I'm a fan.

Your shirt is on me. (the cost, not the actual shirt!)

Just gotta make sure Cattleman comes through on delivery.

Appreciate your contributions Sir.

Little bird told me that of all the team shirts, ours will be made first. Starting tonight...

Hopefully we have a "real" image of one soon.
