I made my own texas rigs for duck decoys. Looked similar to that. Did 400lbs monofilament. bought 100 yds on amazon for about 20 bucks and it came with crimps

Looks like weed eater cord and aluminum crimps. Local tackle shop or hardware store.

If they're coated cable they're most likely the Heyday/Lifetime texas rigs. Only ones I know of that offer colors other than black or brown. If mono they could be anything.
