Blasphemy!!!!!! Every time I went on a deployment when I was in the Corps, I craved a big 'ol fat, juicy, #2 w/ cheese, grilled onions and grilled jalapeños. I'm not sure why, but I just couldn't wait to get that Whataburger. Of all the places and foods I could've had a craving for, it was Whataburger. You'd think a guy would miss an awesome steak & potato or something. For me, it was friggin' Whataburger. I actually dreamed of the day. And when that day csme, it was oh, so glorious.

I eat Whataburger at least once a week. Born and raised in Texas from multiple generations of Texans. Having said that, it ain't what it used to be. The meat is nowhere near as good as it used to be. Used to be fat and greasy, now it's thin and dry. They try to hide that fact with putting too many veggies on it, including way too many onions. There, I said it!

I've been eating Whataburger for over 50yrs and like it. Some of them are hit or miss. We ate there last night and our burgers were not good. Meat over cooked and the cheese was still cold. I can see if you ate one like we had and didn't like it as we didn't enjoy ours.

Monterrey melt and the honey barbecue chicken strip sandwich. Monterrey melt would be better with the Texas toast like the patty melt but they haven't figured that out yet.

Two of my favorites. Only way to get a juicy burger at Whataburger is the Monterey Melt!
