Working from home, I sit at a window facing our street. An hour ago I saw a young lady open the neighbor's mail box and walk off so I went outside to confront her and found her on my other neighbor's porch. She gave a line of bull and I let her walk but called the cops who picked her up petty quick. Hopefully they can make something stick.
