I mocked it up, and took a test run to make sure it worked. Then I scribed the pieces, and removed everything, including the 90 piece from the stock muffler.

I then welded it all up, painted it with some high heat BBQ pit paint I had, and reinstalled.

I ordered the exhaust 90's from JEGS. Walker part#41231. $6.99 ea.

Would you be interested in making one to sale?

It's not a silencer. It only gets rid of the drone that is created at certain RPM ranges.

Is there any concern with voiding warranty with this modification? I have been reading TBH for a couple of years and this threaded prompted me to join. I love my mule but hate the drone.

Welcome Middy, go over to the campfire and introduce yourself. As far as the warranty, don’t have a clue. But mine is only a few months old and I will be doing this very soon.

It might, but I am not concerned.
