Son shot a pig and he sparked

I have heard they don't spark if you gut shoot em.

I have argued this with guys on archery talk. And they say no way a broad head will spark, maybe if it titanium( we shoot rage hypodermics, not titanium) .But I have witnessed rage heads spark on impact a number of times. Of course low light is most noticeable. I shot a very large pig one evening and a buddy witnessed it through his binoculars down the road a ways. And when he got to me he said holy **** you shot right through that big *******. And I said no it don’t go completely though him, and he said “ I seen sparks off your arrow when it hit the rocks”. I said no that was sparks when the arrow hit him. A lot don’t believe it, but I for sure know it happens? Very cool to have it on video, I wish I did, shut some of these know it alls up.

If someone had asked me before I saw this post and read the replies supporting it I probably would have been skeptical.

Caked mud on the pig had enough gravel or a rock to make the spark.

thats what we were thinking at first we had to re play it a couple of times and realiize it was not you can hear the arrow hits legs when he ran off maybe i can send it to rage and see what they say
