Battery charging question

Need some help-

Boat has a total of 3 batteries.
2 are connected in parallel that run one motor and all electrical stuff. The other battery is the port side motor only.

Do I need a 2 bank charger or 3 bank? I guess the question is will the 2 that are connected charge off a single 12v bank?

I would run a 3 bank.

I think the two hooked together would charge at half the rate of the single if you only used a 2 bank.
