Yes, yes you do. Consider yourself with extra credit in your wallet.

        Weird coincidences.

Yesterday I cleaned out the laundry room at the new house to lay tile and found a bottle opener the paint store gives you. Made me think of a church key.

Today I got my wife's spare key out on a box on the dresser(that I have never been in) and there were a bunch of my old keys and a key chain with a P38. I haven't seen it in 20 years.

Those little openers came WHEN? I packed many canned meals (1957-1977) in survival kits for when pilots bailed out of their aircraft so they could survive. Every survival kit had an opener, maybe more, as sometimes their life depended on us.

I knew what a church key was. Used to love when my granddad would let me "open" the cans of Quaker State when he was changing the oil in my grandma's Buick.
Dad had a spout that pushed into the steel oil cans, and he punched a "breather hole" with the church key.

Yes I know what a church keys is. Still call it that.

I never saw a real punch-top can, when they were around. My dad drank long necks.

I know. Been carrying a P-38 on my keys since I was a kid.

Never heard them called a church key. We had several growing up, and I still have some, but we just called them bottle/can openers. Mom mostly used them to open condensed milk cans.
