Woke up to a thunderstorm dropping sleet and freezing rain. I think we have between 1/8 & 1/4” of slicker than crap ice covering everything with more on the way.

70+ wrecks in lubbock before 11am

I left Snyder yesterday morning about 8:30... it was icy then, glad i got out before it got worse.

Having thunder ice storms tonight. Everything around me has 1/3” of ice. Sure hoping it turns to snow overnight so the kids can at least play in it.
