Congrats brother. It's a good feeling. At 33, the wife and I have only a mortgage left. We completely depleted our emergency funds on medical bills, so we'll have to suspend our progress on the mortgage until our emergency funds are built back up.

That’s the way to do it. My wife and I buckled down a couple years ago. Currently debt free but the house which will be done in about 4 years. Retirement is about 6 years down the road for us.
